Kommercial employees take on new leadership roles

Three Kommercial employees who have excelled themselves in their roles have been promoted to take on Team Leader positions.
Kommercial provides employment for people with disabilities in a supported working environment with roles specialising in hospitality, land care and packaging.
Kommercial Service Co-ordinator Ryan Gibbons said 10 supported employees applied for the team leader roles, with each going through an interview process.
The excellent work of Pam Schilder, Emily Sinclair and Julie Potts saw them appointed to the new roles.
“These new roles were created to provide more opportunities for our supported employees who are keen to take on extra responsibilities,” Ryan said.
“Julie, Emily and Pam are now working alongside their supervisors assisting them and helping their team mates complete various packaging tasks.”
Ryan said the promotions had been a confidence boost for all three leaders and that their positions were important in assisting their colleagues with
disabilities.
