Employer Services Consultant - Disability Employment Services (DES)

MatchWorks Disability Employment Services (DES) supports people with a disability, illness or injury who are trying to return to open employment. Disability Employment Servoces (DES) assists jobseekers in finding ongoing employment and supporting them in that employment until they are independent.

We are seeking a motivated and energetic person to join our team as an Employer Services Consultant and build relationships with employers in order to obtain employment opportunities for our job seekers. The role will involve marketing our services to employers, cold calling, telemarketing, job creation and account management.

In addition to high level professionalism and communication skills, the successful applicant will have a proven ability to build effective business relationships with significant experience and aptitude for reverse marketing, cold calling and rapport building.

Experience/understanding of the disability field and barriers to employment experienced by people with disabilities, injury and health conditions would be a significant advantage, as would a number of accredited allied health and social work qualifications.
